- Import the electronic statement into Gorilla Expense. Our product can read Excel files or file types from Visa (.VCF4.0), Mastercard (.CDF), and American Express (GL1025).
- The application autocompletes the transactions by reconciling them with employee credit card expenses
- The user can send the credit card expenses to GP, AX or NAV easily and quickly.
As a result of these quick and easy steps, your employees save a ton of time, the need for manual labor disappears, there are no errors, and you have a clear view of employee expenses for yourself and your stakeholders. Furthermore, the data can be easily incorporated into analytical reports to give you a full perspective of how employee credit cards are being used.
For former Quickbooks Users
Gorilla Expense is a great solution for you if you have recently switched from Quickbooks but are looking for something that works similarly. Quickbooks does have a credit card reconciliation feature, but it is not as robust or easy to use as the one we offer at Gorilla Expense.
